Awesome apartment with five balconies
Calle de la Princesa is one of the key streets in the attractive Born area that is also called the Marais of Barcelona.
Here we found a 128 m² apartment on the first floor with 5 balcony doors opening to a stretched French balcony. The house was a labyrinth of many small rooms. We liked the potential of the apartment since breaking away all the walls would result in an oasis of incoming light through the five balcony doors.
We transformed this former student house in a spacious, contemporary and warm living home with all the comfort one can desire. The 3 bedrooms each have it own color scheme and atmosphere.
The third bedroom is based on Manhattan and it features a geometric wallpaper and other recognizable styles from the big Apple. The en suite bathroom has a comfortable bath and is decorated with different shapes of white tiles and yellow accessories.
All the three bathrooms are equipped with double sinks and large rain showers.
The Princesa apartment was sold in August 2014.
